Job Description
Reports to: Assistant Accounting Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparing full-set of accounts and performing all necessary accounting routine works
- Prepare monthly accounting and management reports on time
- Prepare supporting schedules and financial analysis for monthly reporting
- Assist to put in place and/or execute necessary procedures for internal control, compliance and improvements
- Assist to liaise with external auditors
- Handle ad hoc assignments / projects
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or above
- At least 5 year accounting experience, preferable in Retail industry and trading company
- High standard of integrity and compliance
- Well-organized with strong analytical skills, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Microsoft office such as Word and Excel
- Experience of using Smartwin system is advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
