FTI Consulting is looking for an an Assitant Accountant with 1+ years of relevant experience from the commercial/ accounting sector.  The successful applicant will perform the following duties: 

• Enter vendor invoices and AP vouchers into Elite system after obtaining proper approvals
• Review AP aging report and process vendor payments for various APAC offices
• Update AP log sheet and arrange payments in different offices in APAC
• Review employees’ expense claims and process reimbursement payments
• Cash receipt and bank deposit processing
• Process adjustments
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Provide accruals for month end closing
• Monitor cash flow of various APAC office
• Other ad hoc assignments

 Key Requirements 

• Degree holder majoring in Accountancy with 1+ years of accounting experience. Non degree holders with more than 2 years of accounting experience will also be considered
• Proficient in MS word, Excel, Access
• Prior experience within a regional operating structure is preferred but not essential
• Knowledge in Elite software is preferred but not essential
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Meticulous with good attention to detail
• A self-starter, hard working and organised
