Requirements

• Higher Diploma graduate or above in Accounting Studies
• Holder of CPA student member qualification is highly preferred
• 5-6 years accounting experience with focusing on payable functions
• Previous experience in retail industry with multi-brands operation is required
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office application such as Excel, Outlook, etc
• Good command of spoken and written English, fair in spoken Mandarin
• Task-oriented, efficient with good time management and analytical skills
• Well-organized, energetic, attention to details and multi-tasking

Responsibilities

• Monitor the account payable cycle in compliance with group policies
• Follow up and resolve payment issues with vendors/suppliers and internal departments
• Review expenses transactions and perform analysis as well as bill verification
• Maintain account payable record and prepare settlement schedules
• Assist in weekly cash flow forecast and reporting analysis
• Responsible for month-end closing and monthly financial reports preparation
