Job description

• Handle office administrative duties, incoming and outing correspondences & incoming telephone calls
• Maintain filing system
• Assist to handle invoicing and account payable
• Handle ad hoc project

Requirement

• Form 5 or above with minimum 2 years experience;
• Previous experience in interior design/property management/construction is preferred but not necessary;
• PC proficiency in use of MS Word and Excel
• Hardworking, responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn
• Good command of spoken & written in English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
