Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting duties including prepare invoices, receipts, handle petty cash claims, staff expenses reimbursement, accounting data entries, AR & AP and filing
• Prepare cash flow management as well as bank and cheque transactions & bank reconciliation
• Responsible for accurate processing of all supplier invoices and for their regular payment on L/C or Open Account
• Responsible for prompt raising of sale invoices for customers, processing of receipts and all aspects of credit control
• Responsible for managing of all Company bank accounts including issuance and management of Letter of Credit, processing of receipts on daily basis, preparing payment in electronic banking system, forward exchange dealings, supervising liquidity to meet expenditure requirements, liaising on a regular basis with the bank
• Assist in producing and analyzing regular financial accounts, reviewing financial accounts on regular basis, liaising with appointed accounting firm in production of statutory accounts and lodgement of company’s taxation return;
  
  

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above or above with a recognized accountancy qualification
• A minimum of 5 years accounting experience
• Detail-minded, well-organized and independent to work
• Careful with numerical data and information
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and willing to learn
• Proficient in MS Office applications, and with experience in computerized accounting system
• Strong communication skills with excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Report writing skills and excellent knowledge of spreadsheet
• Sourcing/manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
