Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily accounting function of the Group (including monthly closing and audit)
• Setup and supervise the internal control function of the Group
• Prepare the financial forecast and monitor the variance
• Prepare the finance analytical reports to the management (including management report, cash flow report, annual budget, and business analysis reports)
• Liaise with the local tax authorities for handling all the tax matters
• Liaise with other external professional parties such as lawyer, auditor and financial advisor etc. for due diligence exercises and group structure matters

Requirements:

• This position will be based in Guizhou, China
• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines, candidate with CPA and other relevant professional qualifications is preferred
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in the Finance and Accounting background, preferable in Agriculture/Plantation industry
• With work exposure in Mainland China is highly preferred
• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in PC Skills, including MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
