Responsibilities:

1. Direct report to Finance Manager in performing all accounts and finance functions including financial accounting, management reporting, auditing, budgeting, cash flow projection, costing and business analysis etc.;
2. Fully responsible for month end closing and ensure timely submission of accounts to Corporate;
3. Supervise the accounting team on daily operations and manage the daily accounting work processes;
4. Take key role to review ethics and compliance on grant and donations spending and ensure proper documentation and align with company policies;
5. Assist the Finance Manager in development and implementation accounting policies, procedures and internal & adequate controls;
6. Liaise with both internal and external audit, and handle tax computation;
7. Other tasks or assignment when required.

Qualifications:

1. HKICPA/ACCA
2. Bachelor degree or above in finance or economic related;
3. Minimum 6-years’ working experiences in multi-national company finance department;
4. Be familiar with HK GAAP;
5. Possess very strong business acumen;
6. Be confident & willing to take challenges, smart working, passion to work, and able to work under pressure with multi-task;
7. Strong leadership & interpersonal skills, being influential & assertive;
8. Good communication and language (English and Mandarin) skills, fluent in both written & spoken, with good presentation skills;
9. Strong computer & data processing skill, knowledge in SAP, JDE, HFM, Cognos is highly preferred
