Job Description

Job Duties

  • Journal postings, data input and prepare ledgers
  • Prepare payment cheques and update payment control records
  • Prepare bank transaction report on weekly and monthly basis
  • Match sales vs purchases records
  • Assist to Office Manager in all general accounting duties such as filings, data collection, data inputs, etc


Requirements


  • Form 5 graduates with passes in both Chinese and English
  • LCCI Higher or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ accounting experience, with full set of accounts experience advantageous
  • Good knowledge in word processing and can work under pressure
