Duties

• Prepare A/P vouchers, debit memos, payments & payment adjustments, A/R invoices, credit memos & receipts, and journals

• Prepare receipts vouchers in the accounting system and match invoices for each payment

• Prepare monthly variance report to all departments of the Group, and ensure that they are accurate and on time and are being follow-up if necessary

• Assist in credit facility by: (i) solving the enquiries of cargo agents; (ii) ensuring sufficient and proper documents submitted by cargo agents for new applications; (iii) updating the credit limit after received instructions from airlines or customer services counter

• Liaise with customers for outstanding amounts

• Handle enquiries of airlines or agents customers

• Perform ad-hoc projects when assigned

Requirements

• Diploma holder in Accounting or Business Administration

• 1 year relevant accounting experience

• Solid PC knowledge, especially in MS Excel

• Able to work under pressure

• A good team player
