Major Responsibilities:

• To closely communicate with sales and marketing staff as well as vendors on product schedule for inventory ordering
• To consolidate and prepare reports on sales forecast

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with minimum 1 to 2 years order processing experience, preferably in electronic components industry
• Fluent in Cantonese, Putonghua and good in English
• Proficiency in using Microsoft softwares (both English and Chinese) 
• With SAP knowledge is definitely an advantage but not a must
• Mature, independent, pro-active, and strong customer-servicing mindset
• Meticulous and good in numerical sense
• Good in communication and interpersonal skills
