Job responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting operations including payable and receivables;
• Perform month end closing, reporting and account reconciliations;
• Maintain and control the general ledger and other financial & accounting records;
• Assist in internal reviews and external financial statement audits as required;
• Responsible for intercompany reconciliations and follow-up;
• Assist in annual budget preparation, monthly forecasting and variance analyses;
• Assist in sales commission calculations and analyses;
• Ensure work area is organized, and all documents are appropriately filed; and
• Other duties/tasks assigned by Managers.
  

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy;
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in MNCs;
• Experience in using accounting system and familiar with Microsoft Office;
• Fluent in both English & Mandarin;
• Familiar in working in a multi-cultural environment;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; and
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
