This Accountant & Shipping Clerk position will be employ under our parent company: Goldtech Century Development Limited.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Accounting or its equivalent
• 2-3 years accounting experience
• Knowledge in shipping
  
• Knowledge in Import / Export shipping documents & banking documents is required
  
• Knowledge in banking / commerical trade credit facilities (L/C, Packing Loan, etc) is required
  
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua speaking is an advantage
• Good PC skills (Word / Excel) and knowledge in Accounting Software
• Mature, responsible and well organized

Duties:

• Independently prepare full sets of books and financial reports
• Responsible for financial reporting, management reporting and ad hoc assignment
• Handle full sets of Import / Export shipping documents and banking documents
• Monitor daily & monthly cash position and arrange weekly / monthly reports
• Prepare Cheque for payment
• Salary & MPF Calculations and preparation
• Any other ad-hoc office clerk work
