Job Description:

• Prepare Daily cash flow report to management
• To review the LC application and usage and arrange the funding
• To co-ordinate and arrange payments (AP) and receipts (AR)
• Handle full set of accounts
• Monthly financial statements with analysis report to management
• Implement control and financial process in alignment with corporate policies and procedures
• To responsible for ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree holder in accounting, LCCI Higher is also considered
• 3 years or above in accounting field
• Must have knowledge in LC application and all banking operations.
• Experience in handle full set of account
• Familiar in MS Word, Excel and MYOB / ERP accounting software
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese / Mandarin
• Able to work independently and supervise subordinates
• Able to work overtime & meet tight deadline
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail minded, well-organized and be a good team player
• Immediate available is highly preferable
