Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the entire finance and accounting function and the maintenance of full set of accounts
• Consolidate monthly financial statements and prepare the analysis of financial data for management reporting purpose
• Conduct business analysis, budget control, cash flow management, tax computation and operations forecasting
• Manage cash flows, working capital, funding and tax filings
• Formulate and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Liaise with internal and external auditors in accordance with the statutory and regulatory requirements
• Review of project companies’ accounts prepared by asset managers
• Perform ad hoc financial related projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Accounting/Finance with ACCA or HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience preferably with reputable financial institutions, private equity investment firms or leading accounting / audit firms
• Proficient in both Hong Kong and International accounting policies and regulations
• Mature, analytical, self-motivated, well-organized, able to work under pressure and in a timely and accurate manner
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in English is essential
• Immediate available is preferred
