Job Description
- Supervise admin team including but not limited to receptionist, and office assistants for office administration implementation
- Judgment of office procurement and monitor vendor performance and control the budget of office expenses on a regular basis
- Submit regular report and proposition of service improvement plans to department head
- Familiar the operation of reception and mailing counters
- Demonstrate outstanding ability of working independently and decisively
- Commit office administration for career development and strike for excellence of job performance
- Assist ad hoc projects
About the person:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Five years’ solid experience of all-rounded office administration in sizable organisations and preferable professional experience in supervisory role
- Strong sense of leadership, responsible, service and customer-oriented and well organised
- Logical, flexible, attend details and able to work independently under pressure
- Good command in written and spoken English, Cantoness and Putonghua;
- Team player with mature interpersonal skills
- Proficient in PC skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
