• Temporary Merchandising Planner (3 months contract)

Responsibilities

• Provide full back-up supports to Sales and Marketing Team
• Support sales team on order document work, production scheduling and ERP system, etc.
• Responsible for order processing, order management and other administrative roles
• Prepare reports and analysis, monitoring on sales performance and inventory level
• Liaise with China factory or supplier, relating to manufacturing / purchase order, shipment, documents
• Other special projects assigned

Job Requirements

• Form 7 or above
• Minimum 1-3 years experience of Merchandising Planner
• Willing to work over-time
• Hardworking, good communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin
• Proficient with computer skills including MS Word/ Excel and Chinese word processing
