ESTATES OFFICE

The appointee will be reporting to the Assistant Director of Estates (Cost and Contract Management)/Manager (Cost and Contract Management) and be responsible for providing accounting and budgeting services to the Estates Office, compiling periodic financial reports to management and monitoring the expenditure of the budgets/accounts controlled by the Estates Office. He/She will also assist in the cost control and monitoring the alterations, additions, repairs and improvements works of the University.

Applicants should have a recognised first degree in Accounting and/or membership of a recognised professional accounting body with a minimum of five years of relevant work experience. They should possess strong analytical mind and be willing to accept new challenges.

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Reference salary range: HK$25,000 - HK$34,000

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
