Responsibilities:

• Perform all-rounded HR functions including staff recruitment, compensation and benefits, budgeting, payroll, taxation, performance management, E-HR system training and orientation, ad-hoc projects and other HR related matters
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and to ensure procedures are in compliance with the HKSAR labour laws
• Assist in manpower planning; analysis reports for management review; and maintain up-to-date HR records
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties on HR issues; and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or a related disciplines
• At least 5 years' solid human resources experience in which 2 years at the supervisory level
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations
• Possess good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Be a good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in computer skills including MS office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
