Key requirements:

• F.7 standard or above
• Support the Manager & sales team
• Assist in providing daily administrative & logistics support
• Maintain intimate relationship with existing clients
• Handle customer enquiries and order follow-up
• Prepare various sales reports and data consolidations
• Good telephone manner, self-motivated, responsible, independently and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese & Putonghua
• Good command of PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• F.5 standard with 3 years customer services experience will also be considered
