Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• Responsible for HR functions including recruitment, training & development, employee relations, etc.;
• Assist in organization review and job evaluation in line with business requirements;
• Identify areas for improvement in the existing policies, procedures and methods;
• Prepare data analysis and other HR documents as required;
• Degree of Human Resources Management or related discipline;
• Min. 4 years relevant experience in sizable organizations;
• Proficiency in MS office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Putonghua.
