Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for customer orders, procurement and other relevant matters
• Handles and prepares office documents
• Monitors performance of suppliers and service vendors 
• Executes any ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in relevant disciplines
• 5 years or above relevant work experiences
• Familiar with MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Mature, responsible and independent
• Those with less experience will be considered as Administrative Officer
