Major responsibilities

• Handle sourcing, product development and production, source right suppliers and analysis on their capability / capacity, factories and products.
• Work with the purchasing team to handle purchasing activities, such as purchase order execution, follow up with suppliers. Responsible for price negotiation, correspondences & quality claims etc.
• Assist to liaise other parties for logistics and transportation arrangement
• Proactively develop categories of product handled and explore new opportunity, identify potential products – new items
• Ensure product quality, delivery and price objectives have met our requirements
• Data entry and filing
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above with at least 3 years purchasing experience in the worldwide trading field is a must.
• Strong product, supplier and cost knowledge in mobile phones industry are essential.
• Initiative, aggressive and willing to take challenges
• Excellent sourcing and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of ERP System will be an asset
• Excellent English is a must, either spoken or written. Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is essential.
• Strong with PC Knowledge (Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
• Well organized, responsible and demonstrable ability to work independently.
