Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to management;
- Assist with meetings, seminars and company events;
- Handle incoming calls/enquiries from clients and external parties;
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirement:
- Diploma or above, preferably a PRC nationality with IANG visa;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin);
- Excellent communication skills with professional telephone manner;
- Responsible, pleasant personality;
- Strong adaptability, able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks.
