Qualifications:

• Friendly and pleasant personality is the key qualification!
• Must enjoy constant communication with people
• Ability to multi-task and be efficient, we do get quite busy!
• Excellent communication skills, good command of written and spoken English & Cantonese
• Basic computer skills required

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensuring each one of our valued customers is professionally serviced with a smile!
• Managing bookings, requests, complaints and queries via phone, email and in-person
• Operating the front desk Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Support and assist in daily operations and maintenace of the shop
• Deliver outstanding customer service, and may need to promote and sell products by identifying customers' needs
