Responsibilities:

 -            Independently lead all sales teams to fulfill the target sales turnover set by the company;

-             Prepare sales forecast and review actual sales for each sales team by month against target;

-             Update and analyze market changes to counteract potential problems;

-             Perform regular market research & analysis with supporting of sales statistics. Analyze the

              sales potential, customer preference, channel characteristics, competitive market, price 

              point and product conditions in formulating marketing plan;

-             Closely monitor and manage all routine and ad hoc tasks for sales team;

-             Propose marketing strategy to Marketing Manager in order to expand customer growth;

-             Identify and develop potential customers and target group.

Requirements:

-         Degree holder in Business Management / Marketing;

-         5 years or above solid relevant working experience;

-         Proven track record of achieving sales target;

-         Experience in exports trade;

-         Results oriented, tough, able to work under high pressure;

-         Excellent supervision planning, organization and communication skills;

-         Experience in electronic or watch industry preferred;

-         Good command of English and Chinese;

-         Immediate available preferred.
