Responsibilities:

• Assist the Marketing Department to improve and enhance the membership system
• Perform data input of membership applications and upkeep membership data
• Handle member and customer enquiries and complaints via telephone and internet
• Assist in handling cake ordering hotline as assigned
• Provide administrative and clerical support as required
• Support other ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Preferably Diploma holder in relevant disciplines
• 1 to 2 years’ working experience in Customer Relationship fields
• Possess of membership marketing experience in F&B industry will be an advantage
• Familiar with using Microsoft Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing, and the latest marketing tools, like Facebook, Twitter
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Japanese is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and good communication skills
• Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
• Customer service oriented and have a can-do attitude
• 5-day work (with 1 weekday and Sunday off)
