-          F.5 or above

-          1  - 2 years experience in reception and admin experience

-          Responsible for general reception duties, including answering incoming phone calls and/or enquiries and greeting visiotrs.

-          Familiar with admin duties, take phone call, office supplies control ,office equipment repair and maintenance ,stationery purchasing, order envelopes, couriers handling, arrange current expenses ,arrange business travel and hotel booking

-          To assist or Handle in various and admin projects.

-          Be initiative, responsible, good teamwork, work independently and willing under pressure

-          - Willing to overtime working

Requirement:

• PC knowledge 
• Good telephone manner, pleasant and mature 
• Fluency in spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• Able to work overtime 
• 5 1/2 days work with Bank Holidays 
• Double pay  
• Medical scheme
• Immediate available preferred
