Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a full spectrum of Training & Development function including the design, formulation and delivery of in-house training and seminars (such as team building, coaching, management skill, etc), coordinating with external consultancy on training & development events within our group including Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Wedding and Travel Business.
  • Perform as strategic partner with company to improve the overall quality and productivity of the workforce so as to align with the business objectives
  • Support and work closely with different departments to analyze and identify the staff training and development needs
  • Responsible for the formulation and implementation of yearly staff training and development plan and policies
  • Monitor and supervise the training administration, including training materials preparation, manual development and logistic arrangement
  • Responsible to handle the training for the Franchisee.
  • Search and select quality and appropriate training institutes and tools
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Handle ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Training and Development, Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 8 years relevant work experience in sizable organization, with minimum 2 years training and management experience
  • Hands-on training experience in Manufacturing, Food & Beverage and Retail industry, will be definitely an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Self motivated, analytical and well-organized
  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing, with knowledge in multi-media software (e.g. Dream Weaver, Photoshop, etc.) and MS Access database is preferred
  • Travel to PRC occasionally
