Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical support including handling incoming calls, filing and scanning
- Office clerical duties such as data entry and photo copying
- Ad hoc-duties as requested by supervisors
- Receptionist duties when required
- Prepare all of loan agreements and drawdown documents
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- 1 years' experience in office administration
- Responsible, polite and hardworking
- Good PC knowledge in MS Word and Excel
- Fast and accurate typing with English & Chinese word processing
- Immediately available is preferred
