Currently looking for an experienced Relocation Manager for a vacancy in the vibrant city of Beijing or Hong Kong (Beijing is a preference). A leading Relocation company in the area is currently expanding their department and requires an experienced professional with knowledge and experience in Relocation, Global Mobility / Move Management and expatriate services. Business Development of the Relocations business in Beijing is key, whilst simultaneously improving the day to day operations of the team through training, motivation and ongoing development . You will be aiming to have the finest relocation team offering the best relocation services both nationally and internationally.

This position requires the responsibility of the day-to-day team management and operations of our Relocation team.  To qualify for this rewarding and exciting role, we need applicants to possess the following skills and experience:

1. Manage, support and mentor a team of relocation professionals
2. Provide operational assistance, support & expertise to the relocation team
3. Monitor qualities of service in line with company expectations
4. Enforce the core beliefs of exceptional customer service
5. Manage all costings for the Relocation business.
6. Candidates MUST have experience of working in Beijing.
7. Must hold a degree in Business Administration or similar
8. Possess a minimum of 5 years management / customer service experience
9. Fluency in written and spoken English is a MUST and Mandarin Chinese is preferred
10. Be a proficient problem solver and analyst with a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service quality
11. Excellent skills in MS office applications
