Responsibilities

• Assist in develop and execute HR strategies such as recruitment, compensation & benefits, talent retention, learning and development and store operations.

• Handle talent sourcing activities for retail staff and be tactically focused on recruitment and staff retention.

• Identify and expand effective and efficient recruitment channels and manage recruitment vendor relationship.

• Assist in reviewing and implementing the Human Resources policies and strategies to support business objectives of the company.

• Assist in designing and reviewing the C&B programs to ensure the overall competitiveness in the market.

• Partnering with Retail Operations to review, revamp and implement commission scheme and Incentive program.

Particular Skills/knowledge required 

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in retail industry

• Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations

• Experience in formulating, analysing, revamping and implementing commission scheme and incentive program is a must

• Experience in recruiting front line staff is a must

• Proficiency in MS Office especially in excel

• Sensitive in numbers, Very detail-minded and able to work under pressure and achieve deadline

• Good communications and interpersonal skills

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, able to communicate in Mandarin is preferred
