• F.5 standard or above
• Responsible for customer services, enquiries and general administration work for daily counter operation
• 2 years relevant working experience
• Mature, customer oriented and independent
• High proficiency in PC skills
• Good command of communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
