Job Description

The Relocation Services Manager (RSM) is responsible for the day-to-day operations in accordance with each Client agreement or terms and conditions and under the direction of the management. The RSM plays a key role in managing the expectations and interactions in all stakeholders in the relocation process to ensure a successful outcome.
 
The RSM will provide leadership, support and guidance to other team members within the Global Assignment Management team and will oversee the quality of operational processes and procedures for Clients.
 
The RSM is responsible for managing the delivery of service programs to ensure high standard of service delivery.

  • Manage a team of global assignment consultants – provide leadership, support and guidance
  • Deliver assignment management services in line with the Company/Client contracts and any additional services as approved by Clients
  • Oversee quality of operational processes and procedures for the client assignments
  • Manage Client contract to ensure high standard of service delivery through regular meetings, KPI reporting and prompt issue resolution.
     
    Position Requirements / Qualifications
     
  • A college degree, qualification in Human resources or related discipline highly desirable
  • 5 to 7 years experience in relocation, human resources, accounting or finance; preferably with experience in living abroad with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures
  • Proven track records, strategic and results-driven with strong leadership abilities to motivate team
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of oral and written English; a third language is a plus
  • Strong customer service background with ability to build relationships; proven skills in project and service partner management are required
  • A Team player and self-starter with initiative and drive
  • Good computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
