Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full range of administrative and secretarial support to the Project Team
- Able to handle project confirmation, documentation, purchasing and tendering
- Coordinate with client and overseas / local supplier for quotation / payment preparation
- Assist the project team to prepare correspondences and reports
- Monitor overall project schedule
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with formal secretarial training
- At least 5 years’ working experience in construction/engineering company
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- High sense of responsibility, with good communication and inter-personal skills
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese typing
