Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day office administration support to HK office and warehouse including but not limit to travel arrangement, office supplies procurement, renovation, premises and equipment maintenance
• Provide secretarial support to HK office staff including meeting arrangement, presentation material, minutes taking and reporting.
• Handle other ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with formal secretarial training
• At least 2 years relevant working experience
• Initiative, proactive and team player
• Detail-oriented, well organized and multi-tasked
• Strong senses of responsibility and able to meet tight deadline
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
