Job Description

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above with at least 5 years' clerical / administration experience in general office;
  • Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred;
  • Proficient in PC skills such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & Chinese word processing;
  • Must be hardworking and responsible with a positive working attitude

Duties:

  • Responsible for filing, data entry and general clerical duties;
  • Maintain a proper filing system and update records;
  • Input and retrieve information from files and/or system;
  • Handling ad hoc and regular meeting record, minutes and agenda;
  • Handling correspondence
