Job Description
Requirements:
- F.5 or above with at least 5 years' clerical / administration experience in general office;
- Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred;
- Proficient in PC skills such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & Chinese word processing;
- Must be hardworking and responsible with a positive working attitude
Duties:
- Responsible for filing, data entry and general clerical duties;
- Maintain a proper filing system and update records;
- Input and retrieve information from files and/or system;
- Handling ad hoc and regular meeting record, minutes and agenda;
- Handling correspondence
