Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in coordinating daily business and personal matters including outdoors tasks
- Provide secretarial and administrative support including drafting correspondence, minutes taking, filing, arranging meetings, appointments, managing Director’s calendar and travel arrangement
- To deal with internal and external parties as required;
- Prepare presentation materials and translate documents
- Handle sensitive information
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- F.7 or above with formal secretarial training
- Minimum 5-8 years working experience
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Good computer knowledge (Excel, Word & Power Point)
- Independent and able to take the challenge of work pressure and self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate available is preferred
