Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth running of all showrooms and the Sales department
- Provide administrative support to salesmen and Sales manager
- Handle and record payment transactions
- Handle vehicle licensing and insurance related documents
- Prepare and generate reports for management review
- Update the Car Sales System
- Provide support and participate in ad-hoc activities such as car shows and sales-related events
- Form 7 graduate or above
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience
- Independent, well-organised, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
