Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in a prompt, courteous, service-oriented manner
• Client invoicing; process payments to part time healthcare professionals; provide other administrative and support tasks for the internal Life Extension team
• In conjuntion with our head of healthcare agent management, assist in signing up part time healthcare professionals with the required documentation; perform various human resource-related tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company's Chief Executive

Requirements

• Secondary education degree
• At least three (3) years secretarial / office experience
• Strong organization and communication skills; energetic; good at multi-tasking
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to details; good with numbers
• Motivated with a passion for customer service
• Good integrity; honesty
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese; Putonghua helpful but not mandatory
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Officeand Chinese inputting method
