Duties:-

• Assist sales teams (HK, France, Bangladesh and India) to follow up all incoming sales orders by applying company sales & mfg. policies & procedures
• Responsible for data entry, arts checking, filing, other ad hoc assignments, etc
• Maintains the confidentiality including but not limited to customer specific pricing, contract, at all time
• Maintains accurate data records in various data bases
• Provides status on all pending orders to internal & external teams
• Communicate effectively with customers and overseas offices in Chinese and English both verbal and written
• Order follow up from initial stage of raw data management until shipment

Profile:

• Form 7 or above
• 3-4 years experience of order entry in sales and mfg, order processing and data management
• Self starter, highly organized and detail oriented
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure, handle intensive emails and massive contacts on daily basis during 2.5 months in peak season twice per year
• Good MS Office operation especially sound knowledge and skills with EXCEL
