Responsibilities :

• To identify training needs, design, develop and deliver customized training programs to retail staff
• To provide professional training support including planning, monitoring, coaching, coordination and evaluation
• To identify and design training modules such as customer services skills, sales techniques, product knowledge, brand philosophies and market intelligence
• To liaise with line managers to understand the business operations and process
• Ensure adequate training programs to meet with business objectives
• To maintain and update employee training records
• To lead or participate ad-hoc training projects as assigned

Requirements :

• Tertiary Education in Training or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in retail training
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably with Putonghua as well
• Creative, adaptable, pro-active, well-organized and able to work independently
• Working in Fotan, Shatin
