Job description:

• Provide high level and comprehensive secretarial support to Director including preparation of correspondences, reports and presentation materials;
• Manage and organize the regional exhibition, meetings, business conferences and travel itineraries;
• Well versed with HK Companies ordinance and good knowledge of other common offshore jurisdictions;
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, able to work under pressure;
• Initiative and able to work independently.
   

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with formal secretarial training is preferred;
• Minimum 2-3 years of related experience will be advantage;
• Well organized, detail oriented and result driven;
• Mature, patience, pleasant, responsible and well-organized;
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
