Responsibilities:
- Handle daily counter transactions and enquiries to meet customers' needs
- Provide accurate and timely quality counter service to meet branch service goals
- Balance daily cash, maintain custody of foreign and local currency cash box
- Prepare month-end report of suspended accounts

RM Assistant

- Handle customer enquiries and process daily transactions

- Assist relationship managers to manage their portfolio

- Cross sell banking products to customers
