LOANS ADMIN. OFFICER



To provide operational support on Asia Lending capability include Syndicated/Bi-Lateral/Corporate lending. 

Responsibilities:

• Verify all funding requests are comply with defined policy and procedure before drawdown
• Handling loans drawdown, rollover, renewal necessary procedures
• Preparing, tracking and review of loans documents and facilities letters
• Capture loan on various loan systems
• Manage loan disbursement and repayment
• To prepare internal reports.
• Answering clients enquiry
• Participate various system integration projects and expansion project

Requirements :

• Degree holder with 2-3 years’ experience in Loan operations/administration
• Familiar with  syndicated/bi-lateral/trade finance/corporate loans
• Good Accounting knowledge
• Good  command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Strong PC skills, including MS Access and Excel skills.
• Proactive and with strong problem solving skills
