You should possess:

• Degree holder in all discipline
• At least 4 years sales experience gained in banking and finance industry, with minimum of 2 years experience in sales management
• Able to demonstrate a successful sales track record in his/her previous company
• Aggressive, pursuit prosperous future and target driven with excellent ethics to maintain business quality

Your role:

• Responsible to develop and manage a team of Financial Manager in exploring business opportunities on various insurance products
• Meet individual/team’s target by implementing a variety of new business acquisition activities
• Responsible to review the business plan progress and take suitable actions in order to achieve business goals and objectives
