Key Responsibilities:

• Handling authorizations from merchants and other banks;
• Assisting fraud transaction detection and monitoring;
• Monitor the stability of issuing & acquiring system;
• Handling report lost card and perform hot card maintenance;
• Handling customers enquiries and complaints;
• Any other duties assigned by the manager.

Requirements：

• F.6/7 graduate or above ** Fresh graduates are welcome to apply**
• 1-2 years' solid experience in banking/finance industry is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is prerequisite,
• Five-day work, willing to perform shift duty
