Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in project finance or related advisory roles
• University degree with majors in finance
• Strong financial modelling skill
• Strong written and oral communication abilities in English (another Asian language or German would be a plus)
• Be able to work in a multicultural team
• Proactive attitude towards work

Primary Activities:

• Assist in the loan execution for new transactions (all sectors and locations) which includes assisting the senior team members in the preparation of the credit application, financial modelling, documentation review and co-ordination with the other departments for funding, swap execution, syndication (if required) and fulfilling KYC requirements.
• Transaction origination support to senior team members and team head including the preparation of presentations, call reports, initial transaction analyses and the preparation of company, industry and country analyses.
• Operating support to team head on an ad hoc basis in relation to internal reporting requirements.
• Assist in the ongoing day to day portfolio management including the processing of waiver requests, client meetings, review of documentation, evaluation of proposals, and to assist other departments in resolving all issues in relation to funding.
