Job Responsibilities:

• Design successful and profitable Sales & Marketing campaigns (including effective implementation of PR, advertising, DM campaigns, seasonal promotions and CRM activities) to drive incremental traffic and sales as well as to evaluate results by carrying out constant regular and intensive analysis
• Responsible for project and event management such as exhibition and product launch, initiate and coordinate PR and joint promotion activities
• Build close relationship with media and journalists to maximize brand exposure through interview and quality coverage
• Strengthen media relations to reinforce brand image & awareness and maximize exposure within the approved budget
• Lead and inspire team members in goals and objectives achievement
• Responsible for brand build, manage and structure best product portfolio, pricing and profit margin to ensure competitive position in the market
• Design and manage online marketing activities and website contents
• Devise monthly/annual marketing, media and PR plans 
• Formulate & execute the effective brand strategies to suit business development and achieve growth targets in accordance with corporate objectives and directions

 Requirements:

• Bachelor / Master Degree holder in Marketing/PR or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years’ solid experience in beauty/skin care or consumer product industry
• Pro-active, result-driven, independent, proven team leading, with strong business sense
• Enjoy challenges and passionate in winning
• Excellent planning and project management skills
• Good interpersonal and communications skills, self-motivated and a good team leader and player
• Excellent command of spoken and written English & Chinese.  Fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Traditional Chinese word processing are must
• Immediate or short notice would be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager
