Job duties:

• Senior consultants shall lead our technical teams to provide highest quality professional services and possess good aptitude in maintaining client relationship;
• Consultants and assistant consultants shall support the team to complete the assigned tasks
• Prepare professional consultancy reports, proposal or presentation upon different settings of engagements in acoustics, environmental management and assessments, and sustainability consultancy
• Carry out site survey, inspections and measurements to obtain information for meeting specific project requirements
• Other ad-hoc tasks
  

Requirements:

• Strong academic background with bachelor's degree in Engineering: Chemical, Civil, Acoustic, Building Services, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical and Computing.
• Minimum years of working experience: SC: 5 years; C: 3 years; AC: 1 years
• SC should have mastered good project management and presentation skills with commercial acumen to lead our technical teams and liaison with clients
• Familiar with computer models for acoustic design, environmental assessment and built environment study
• Higher degrees and BEAM Professional or LEED AP will be an advantage
• Innovative, independent and ability to undertake interdisciplinary technical work
• Able to travel for overseas assignments, work under pressure in fast-paced environment
• In addition, those applicants who demonstrate excellent skills in written and verbal communication, teamwork, problem-solving ability and initiative will be favorably considered
