• Minimum 8 years’ post-qualification experience
• ŸMember of HKIA, RA. AP is a must
• ŸSolid experience gained in sizeable architectural firms in handling sizable hotel, residential, commercial and A&A projects in Hong Kong
• Well-versed with local development controls as well as government submissions and approval procedures
• Willing to take up AP duties for Group’s Hong Kong projects
• ŸProactive, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Strong in contract administration and coordination
• ŸFluent in English and Cantonese
• ŸStation in Hong Kong
